How to Reach the Bestial Sanctum in Elden Ring
The Bestial Sanctum is a place to perform incantations, which you can get from the owner of the place, Gurranq, the Beast Clergyman. The incantations he will provide is in return for an item he needs and you have the task to collect it. Deathroot, the coveted item, is available only in specific places.

To reach the Bestial Sanctum in Elden Ring, head to Summonwater Village in the northeastern region of Limgrave, and look for a NPC called D. He will be just outside the village, and you need to interact with him. Once the dialogue begins, you will be told that there is a Mariner in Summonwater Village who you need to take out.
This is a fairly easy task, after which you finish, you should held back to D. He will be waiting for you at either the same place outside Summonwater or Roundtable Hall. In return, he will tell you the location of the Bestial Sanctum by marking it on your map.
Once you’ve seen the location, you can teleport to the closest spot which is the Third Church of Marika. The area D has marked is directly behind it. There is a hidden teleporter in this area behind a grove of bushes. With the help of the teleporter, you will be transported automatically to the door to enter the Bestial Sanctum.
