Fans of Apex Legends will now be able to enroll for Beta Testing the mobile version. The soft launch will be happening soon, so players can pre-register for being a part of the testing team by logging into the Google Play Store and hitting the pre-register button.
Only players from the following selected countries can register as Beta Testers, as stated by Respawn Entertainment.
According to the official Apex Legends EA website, Apex Legends Mobile will be optimized for touchscreens, with better controls that will help players attain the most advanced Battle Royale-isque combat, available right on your smartphone. Though it is a newer version of Apex Legends, it will still stay true to the original, featuring Battle Passes, unlockable items, collectible cosmetics, and it is all free-to-play. Unfortunately, there will be no cross-play available, so the mobile version will stay unique to its console and PC counterpart.
Apex Legends Mobile already started its closed beta testing for players in India and the Philippines last year, and now other regions have made the list. The official global release for Apex Legends Mobile has not been announced, and there is no end date mentioned for the pre-registration, so it is best to hurry up while slots are available.
