You can visit Tagtree Thicket, West Province (Area Two and Three), East Province (Area One), North Province (Area One), etc., to get Misdreavus. This Pokemon is not a rare spawn, but it can only be found at night. Therefore, you have to visit these areas at night and look for them near the ponds.
Now, when it comes to Mismagius, players can get it by evolving Misdreavus. Misdreavus only needs a Dusk Stone to evolve into Mismagius. Also, players can catch Mismagius directly on the Overworld near the ponds. We suggest you to visit the Western Side of the Glaseado River, Casserova Lake, and the northeast side of the North Province (Area One) to find Mismagius. However, it also be found at night only.
