Tango Gameworks and Bethesda Softworks’s Ghostwire: Tokyo is an upcoming horror game coming for PS5 and PC players on 25th March. As an action-adventure first-person perspective video game, the player needs to use their superhuman abilities to conquer the Tokyo spirits and ghosts and uncover the mystery of why almost all of the human residents have vanished. Amongst all the strange events, the only creatures on the streets that seem friendly are the abandoned cats and dogs. This guide will answer the question if you can or cannot feed the cats in Ghostwire: Tokyo.
Can You Feed Cats in Ghostwire: Tokyo?
With all the bizarre events happening in the game, there is nothing more relaxing to see a cat wandering around the streets of Shibuya, licking its paws like everything is sane and normal in the world. It’s a welcome sight to see cats and dogs wandering around, even interacting with the players on their own accord. Most of these animals are minding their business, and are extremely calm to the player quite unlike the monsters that try to kill you when they spot you.

These cats are homeless, looking for their owners who have deserted them, and it’s up to the player to find out where the people of Shibuya have vanished as part of their main story mission. As they explore the map, they will find a lot of dog food in the empty stores, but no cat food to be seen. When you feed dogs, you receive rewards, but what about cats?
On approaching a cat in the game, you will have the option to interact with them by petting them or reading their thoughts. There seems to be no option to feed them, or even find cat food in the shops. Thus, you cannot feed cats in Ghostwire: Tokyo, so you will need to be content with simply petting them.
