Any cards that are similar to Last Turn, Pot of Greed, Substitode, or any game-breaking cards have been banned. The Red-Eye Dark Dragoon is an exception for TCG but has been banned in OCG. Some Wind-Up monster cards have also made it to the ban list, like Wind up Carrier Zenmiety is taken out from TCG, while Wind up Hunter is banned in Master Duel entirely.
Set Rotation is banned as well, maybe due to the issue of programming, and probably other hard-to-program cards will make the list.
For limited, True King of all Calamities, Heavymetalfoes Electrumite, Thunder Dragon Colossus, and Toadally awesome is banned from TCG but not in Master Duels. Striker Mobilize – Engage has also made it to the ban list from the semi-limited series.
For whether this list will change shortly, is still unknown, as more cards are yet to be verified and added to the ever-growing list. While some cards have made it out of the list, some are still forbidden.
