How to Upgrade Weapons in Dead Space Remake?
Using the new Dead Space Remake, upgrading your weapons is very similar to its predecessor. To do so,
- Power Nodes can either be purchased from the Shop for 10,000 Credits each or found through looting on your quest.
- Once you’ve got them, you’ll have to take them to a Bench. There are several benches scattered throughout the USG Ishimura, so use your in-game map to locate the nearest one.
In addition to finding treasure, you may encounter Semiconductors on your journey, which vary in price and rarity. A full suit can mean the difference between life and death on the Ishimura, so it is worth investing in nodes. These objects can be sold at a shop for credits, which can then be used to purchase nodes.
A Bench allows you to upgrade your weapons with Power Nodes. You need to follow the weapon upgrade route for each weapon. The upgrade paths for each weapon, however, differ, so keep that in mind when you’re considering upgrades for your weapon.
That’s all about how to upgrade weapons in Dead Space Remake. The game is all set to be released in some time so stay tuned for more updates on the game in our guides section.
